(More customer reviews)This item is very beautiful, but not very functional. I got good follow up by the merchant, but it was shipped from Hong Kong and took a very long time. Beware, when I got it, there was no ink or cartridges. There was what I thought was a plastic spacer inside. I threw it away and went to look for refills. later, after contacting the merchant, I was told you had to refill the "spacer". All packaging was in a foreign language with no inserts. I'll probably never use it.
