This is the finest writing instrument bar none. I have been using fountain pens for years, I have had every brand imaginable, including Mont Blanc and Waterman, they do not compare to this pen. You will not regret purchasing this pen.

Namiki Vanishing Point Raden Fountain Pen - Black w-Raden Shell, Fine Nib 60148 Review

Namiki Vanishing Point Raden Fountain Pen - Black w-Raden Shell, Fine Nib 60148

I've used this pen exclusively for over a year and a half. It's the absolute finest pen I've ever used. It's as beautiful as it is well-balanced and practical. Having the luxury of a fountain pen with the convenience of a click-top pen (no cap to fumble with or lose) is amazing.
My next purchase will be a fine and a broad nib for this pen -- and an extra medium, just in case I wear out the one I have. I highly recommend it. The price is high, but it's worth every cent!

This is a wonderful pen! Large, semi-heavy, and a great writer... ink flow is great, and a pleasure to write with. The cap posts securely on the pen, and an extra cartricge may be inserted in the barrel. The sterling silver finish is very impressive. The nib is very attractive too... I can't find a flaw in this pen. Comes packaged in a really nice box.

Pilot Knight Collection Rolling Ball Pen Fine Point, Black Barrel, 65300 Review

Pilot Knight Collection Rolling Ball Pen Fine Point, Black Barrel, 65300

I've had this pen for 5 years now. I bought it at an office supply store for over $50 and it was called the Excalibur. I really enjoyed a solid metal pen with all the writing I was doing in college, but found out how much I took it for granted when I lost it at the beginning of the year. Could not find anything close to it and it was driving me crazy. Everything at the office supply stores were twisty tops or spring loaded pens that were overpriced and felt like they would break in my hand.
Finally after all the searching I was able to find this pen here. I bought it from Amazon and come to find out it is the same exact pen for half the price. Only difference is the silver finish where my old one was gold, and Pilot's name is on the top. Every else is same even to the Japan mark on the top. I even like the silver over the gold.
For that price I'm now buying a backup because I don't want to be without this pen again. It is a bit heavy but so well balanced you'll never want to write with anything else.
