(More customer reviews)I bought 3 of these pens in different colors direct from the company. One writes perfectly: incredibly smooth, good ink flow, fine line. One was good: writes a shade scratchy, good ink flow. One didn't write at all due to ink flow problems: wrote when dipped, but ink from teh converter wouldn't travel to the nib, so writing stopped once ink in the nib ran out.
I've bought 5 pens from xfountainpens in the past, and it's always a crapshoot. I've only had 2 to write at all, with 3 having ink flow problems. It's not even worth returning because they deduct shipping. You'll end up getting 2 dollars or so back, net.
