(More customer reviews)Diamine fills an open niche in their ink repertoire by the addition of this beautiful ink. It is indeed a faithful rendition of the colour called Burnt Sienna in oil/acrylic painting circles. Unlike those media, however, this ink is very translucent and could be called a "mild" colour. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, I would have wished that the colour be more intense than it is. However it may please others whose tastes run more toward pale or mild inks. In my Pelikan 800 and 200 it flowed and worked well -- no flow problems, no clogging, no drips or other faults. It was a bit scanty in my Lamy Safari, but that pen has an extra-fine nib. All in all another excellent addition to the Diamine line, and in the tradition of value of Diamine, you get a full 90 ml of ink, more than other brands (like Herbin at 30 ml, Pelikan at 62 ml or Noodler's at 80 ml.) If economy is important to you, you'll appreciate Diamine, a company which gives good value as well as an amazing spectrum of beautiful inks.
