(More customer reviews)For the modest price you pay ($ 100-160) you get a superior product. It is a beautiful pen (I have the dark blue), and it writes beautifully. It has a consistent line, both in terms of width and in terms of ink flow. The nib never dries up, even after days without use. The pen is pretty heavy for its size, since it is all metal, and for me it is the perfect correlation between girth and weight. Perhaps the only (potential) drawback is that since it is all metal, it scratches easily, if you are not careful. But I guess that if in this day and age you still write with a fountain pen, you are bound to be on the careful (not to say the obsessive) side. Strongly recommended!
