As the product description states, it is a disposable fountain pen. That pretty much says it all. If you like the idea of writing with a fountain pen, but don't want to deal with the "fountain" aspect of a fountain pen, this pen is your best bet. It writes well, its black, it contains a lot of ink, and so on and so forth. In brief, buy this pen if you would like a disposable fountain pen.
