Only problem was that (unless I am totally unobservant) there is nothing in the instruction pamplet (all x - feet of it) that directs you how to fill that particular ink chanber. Called Sheaffer and after a bit of back and forth we figured out how it worked. The rep had to do some searching also so I didn't feel too bad. Works terrific when you know how to do it. Funny how that is with most things.
