(More customer reviews)I like the shape and finish of this pen. The body is metal, I checked it with an ohm meter. Cross provides a lifetime warranty on its pens, so I don't know what reviewer "jigglypuff" is complaining about.
My only complaint is the quality of the refill. I would rate Cross's ball point refill as "very good." It is consistent and fairly smooth. In my opinion, a premium pen should have an "excellent" refill, and very smooth.
