If you own a Waterman fountain pen (I bought mine in Paris many years ago) then you have a choice of buying the consumable 'ink' in two forms from Waterman (never use any other suppliers versions) a cartridge, sold in boxes of eight, or the ink bottle to refill the reusable cartridge which came with the pen purchase. Blue/Black seems to be the most popular color and it has never clogged or failed me. Buying the ink on Amazon at a reasonable price is the way for me.
