I have been using Phileas medium point since the end of the last year, so I am going to make a comparison between Phileas and Hemisphere Moonlight fine point.
Pro: Compared to Phileas, Hemisphere Moonlight's body feels leaner and lighter, so easier to work with especially when writing a lot. So, in terms of ease of use, Hemisphere Moonlight is an upgrade from Phileas.
Con: Although it says 'fine point', I do not see significant difference between Hemisphere Moonlight fine point and Phileas medium point insofar as stroke thickness is concerned. You may have to spend some time to find one that does have 'fine point'; the 'fine point' label should be understood with a bit of reservation.
