I like the color and flow of this ink.It is great.So I wrote Pilot USA and asked if this ink could be used in a normal fountain pen, meaning a pen other than the Parallel Calligraphy pen.They said this was not recommended. Their explanation was that this ink has larger dye particles that might clog the pen.
You decide. But I would be hesitant to use this in any expensive pen unless I was comfortable disassembling that pen for serious cleaning.
