(More customer reviews)I received the Dialogue 3 as a gift not long after it was introduced to the market. I fully expected the retractable nib, nib cover, or retractable pocket clip to fail at some point, but I've put the pen through hundreds, perhaps thousands, of cycles, and I have no problem with it yet. It seems that the designer did their job well. The quality of the medium nib is top-notch. Not for people who have small hands, though. This pen is large, and does take some getting used to.
