(More customer reviews)My main problem is with the caps. The fountain pen and roller-ball pen caps require too much force to remove, and replace. This causes the ink in the fountain pen to splash out on the nib when you re-cap it, and there have been occasions where the cap was not fully seated, causing the pen to drop out of the cap into my pocket. The clip on the caps is flimsy and wiggles around if you put your thumb on it for leverage when you try and take the cap off the pen. The fountain pen came with a suction filler installed, and a pair of ink refills in the box. They sit back to back inside the pen, but don't fit well, so the spare rattles around. The ballpoint ink is really really cheap. The rollerball ink is good, as is the fountain pen's ink. The cartridge in the rollerball was DOA. I got half a word out of it. I can't use the stylus, not iPhone compatible. It's a good set to use when you don't want to carry an expensive pen around, but don't buy this thinking you'll look like Donald Trump. Any closer than 5 feet, and it's obvious that they're cheap. Still a good value for the money, assuming you get it with the re-fill set.
