(More customer reviews)I have used Sheaffer pens (manufactured by Bic- fyi) for years and am very disappointed in the new design. The "cut out" for the ink level is in a bad location. It causes difficulty when trying to make certain letters if your nib is not lined up correctly, your pen may slip if your hand is over this HOLE and the edges are sharp. I don't understand the need for a HOLE to view ink levels. Why not a transparent barrell? I have fairly small hands and the hole cuts into my hand with every letter. I recommend changing brands
