(More customer reviews)I've had this pen for 5 years now. I bought it at an office supply store for over $50 and it was called the Excalibur. I really enjoyed a solid metal pen with all the writing I was doing in college, but found out how much I took it for granted when I lost it at the beginning of the year. Could not find anything close to it and it was driving me crazy. Everything at the office supply stores were twisty tops or spring loaded pens that were overpriced and felt like they would break in my hand.
Finally after all the searching I was able to find this pen here. I bought it from Amazon and come to find out it is the same exact pen for half the price. Only difference is the silver finish where my old one was gold, and Pilot's name is on the top. Every else is same even to the Japan mark on the top. I even like the silver over the gold.
For that price I'm now buying a backup because I don't want to be without this pen again. It is a bit heavy but so well balanced you'll never want to write with anything else.
