(More customer reviews)Beautiful craftsmanship all around. From the gold in the tip to the tortoise itself, I'm very impressed. Comes with both loaded and refillable ink cartridges. Feels good in your hand, not too thin nor thick. I prefer writing without the cap attached at the end because it's a bit back-heavy otherwise. Consistent ink flow - puts out a nice bead. Don't recommend using it (nor any other fountain pen) with thin, cheap paper because the bead of ink is thick and dark enough to bleed through to the other side. I compared the price on this pen all around and Amazon (at $83 and change) beats everyone.
