Sheaffer makes very nice products. i already own a few other pens but the this one became my new favorite as soon as i started writing with it. i love showing it off to people and would gladly recommend it to anyone. I did some research before buying it and found its a 5/8 inch diameter pen so its in the medium range. this personally works great for my because i have large hands. Also the pen is very well balanced so i can write with ease and i now longer get that annoying writers cramp when writing long essays
