After a time as an ink "purist" and using only black and blue/black, I have finally decided to explore the thing about fountain pens that sets them truly apart: ink selection. Writing with Ebony Green feels like writing with a secret: a dark green that could pass for black with an EF nib, but upon closer inspection after a short time it lightens to a beautiful emerald green that always surprises me. It bleeds through very little, drys in an acceptable time, and produces amazing shading in broader tip nibs.
